Zatty is built in Singapore and operates under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This page summarises how we collect, store and use personal data — for both our customers (businesses) and their end customers (people who chat with Zatty).

What we collect

Account data (name, email, business), conversation transcripts, and product usage analytics.

Where it's stored

All conversation data is stored encrypted at rest in Singapore, on infrastructure operated under SOC2-aligned controls.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@zatty.co. We'll action requests within 30 days.
