Zatty started in 2024 in a Tiong Bahru shophouse, when our co-founder watched her sister miss 14 catering enquiries in a single weekend because the staff couldn't keep up with WhatsApp.
We tried every tool on the market. They were either too enterprise (Zendesk), too American (Intercom), or too clunky (every other WA chatbot built for the Indonesian or Indian market).
So we built Zatty: a quiet, premium AI teammate, designed in and for Singapore.
